Overview:

 

Our PTFE lined pipe fittings are crafted using high-performance PTFE powder that is pushed (squeezed) into the pipe, chemically treated, and lined into a seamless steel tube. This seamless liner can withstand temperatures below 180 degrees and is ideal for micro-negative pressure pipelines.

 

Features & Benefits:

 

• Hydraulically tested at 1.5 times the design pressure


• 100% integrity test conducted after hydrostatic test using electric spark test


• Lining materials include PTFE, PFA, FEP, PVDF, PO, PP, PE
