Design Features

 

• High performance PTFE powder is carefully selected for superior quality.


• The pipe is formed through pushing (squeezing) and molding processing.


• The pipe surface undergoes chemical treatment for enhanced durability.


• The seamless steel pipe is lined with the PTFE liner, creating a gap-free tight lining.


• The outer diameter of the liner is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the steel pipe (1-1.5mm).
