Our Steel-Lined Tetrafluoro Pipe Fittings are meticulously crafted using high-performance PTFE powder. Through a process of pushing (squeezing) and molding, the PTFE powder is formed into a pipe. The pipe surface undergoes chemical treatment before being seamlessly lined into a steel pipe, leaving no gaps. The liner's outer diameter is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the steel pipe by 1-1.5mm, ensuring a tight and secure fit.
