Teflen Tube

 

Teflen tube is manufactured by quality PTFE extrusion and sintering. Sintering is a traditional process used to convert powdery materials into a dense body, commonly employed in the production of ceramic, refractory, hyperthermal materials, and powder metallurgy. The sintered dense body, post powder forming, is a polycrystalline material with a microstructure consisting of crystal, vitreous body, and pore. The sintering process dictates the size of crystal particles and pores in the microstructure, crystal boundary shape and distribution, thereby influencing the material properties.
