Overview:

 

Our PTFE lined pipe fittings are crafted using high-performance PTFE powder, chemically treated, and lined into seamless steel tubes. This seamless liner is suitable for temperatures below 180 degrees and offers superior axial tensile strength compared to winding pipes.

 

Features & Benefits:

 

• Hydraulically tested at 1.5 times the design pressure


• 100% integrity test conducted after hydrostatic test


• Lining materials include PTFE, PFA, FEP, PVDF, PO, PP, PE
