Our PTFE lined pipe fittings are crafted using high-performance PTFE powder, chemically treated, and lined into seamless steel tubes. This seamless liner is suitable for temperatures below 180 degrees, with superior axial tensile strength for micro-negative pressure pipelines.

• Hydraulically tested at 1.5 times design pressure


• 100% integrity test after hydrostatic test with electric spark test for leakage points
