Overview:

 

Our PTFE lined pipe fittings are crafted using high-performance PTFE powder that is seamlessly lined into a steel tube, providing exceptional durability and resistance to various chemicals. The seamless liner is treated chemically and heated for optimal performance in temperatures below 180 degrees.

 

Features & Benefits:

 

• Hydraulically tested at 1.5 times the design pressure


• 100% integrity test conducted after hydrostatic test


• Lining materials include PTFE, PFA, FEP, PVDF, PO, PP, PE
