The sintered dense body, after powder forming, is a polycrystalline material with a microstructure composed of crystal, vitreous body, and pore. The sintering process determines the size of crystal particles and pores in the microstructure, as well as the shape and distribution of crystal boundaries, thus directly affecting the material properties.
