Overview:
Our PTFE lined pipe fittings are crafted using high-performance PTFE powder, chemically treated, and seamlessly lined into steel tubes. The seamless liner is heated to 180 degrees for stress relief, making it suitable for temperatures below 180 degrees. With superior axial tensile strength, it is ideal for micro-negative pressure pipelines.

- Hydraulically tested at 1.5 times design pressure
- 100% integrity test after hydrostatic test with electric spark test for leakage points
- Lining materials include PTFE, PFA, FEP, PVDF, PO, PP, PE
Design Standard:
- Nominal diameter: DN25~DN300
- Length: ≤4000mm
- Medium: Suitable for transporting strong acids, alkalis, organic solvents, oxidants, toxic, volatile, and flammable chemicals
- Connection: Flanged
Lining Specifications:
- Lining Materials: PTFE, PFA, FEP, PVDF, PO, PP, PE
- Temperature Resistance: PTFE Max: 260°C, FEP Max: 204°C, PFA Max: 260°C, PVDF Max: 140°C, PO Max: 80°C, PE Max: 70°C, PP Max: 120°C
- Lining Thickness: Minimum 3.0mm
- Spark Test: Body liners and wet parts spark tested at 15,000 Volts
