Overview:

 

Our PTFE lined pipe fittings feature a seamless liner made by pushing high-performance PTFE powder into the pipe, chemically treating the surface, and lining it into a seamless steel tube. This process ensures durability and reliability for temperatures below 180 degrees, making it suitable for various applications.

 

Features & Benefits:

 

• Hydraulically tested at 1.5 times the design pressure


• 100% integrity test conducted after hydrostatic test


• Lining materials include PTFE, PFA, FEP, PVDF, PO, PP, PE
