Overview:

 

Our PTFE lined pipe fittings are crafted using high-performance PTFE powder, chemically treated, and seamlessly lined into steel tubes. The seamless liner is heated for stress relief, making it suitable for temperatures below 180 degrees. Its axial tensile strength is superior, ideal for micro-negative pressure pipelines.



 

Features & Benefits:

 

  • Hydraulically tested at 1.5 times design pressure

  • 100% integrity test after hydrostatic test with electric spark test for leakage points

  • Lining materials: PTFE, PFA, FEP, PVDF, PO, PP, PE

  • Length: ≤4000mm

  • Medium: Suitable for transporting strong acids, alkalis, solvents, oxidants, toxic, volatile, and flammable chemicals
